Hello! I’m a mom of seven kids and four grand kids, wife to the wonderfully patient Bob, and friend, companion, and mentor to more amazing people than I can properly sort or categorize. Living all of it, the joyful and the challenging, has been one of my greatest gifts. Woven through all of those relationships is the one that defines me most: I am beloved of God, and what that means for how I live is far more than any bio can hold. I hold a master’s degree in Spiritual Formation and Direction, am trained in the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius, and am currently studying the early church’s contemplative traditions through the Living School. Drawing on Scripture, theology, and Wesley’s quadrilateral, I’m passionate about helping people recognize and name their own experience of God, and deepening that relationship through reason and reflection.
